I've been thinking about turning dA into something that I'll actually use. Using it these days kind of depresses me, as the quality of most of the content (not just the art, but the social aspects, as well) has diminished greatly since I joined.

Nonetheless, it's an art site, and screw what everyone else is doing. It's still my page, and I feel bad neglecting it for everything but favorites.

I think a big part of it is not being able to customize it. I was a dA subscriber for nearly four years on my old account, and despite having no money to spend on it, I miss my html and my extended options- not to mention the amount of customization available these days makes the idea of a sub even more appealing.

In any case, I'm going to be doing some cleaning and such over the next few weeks, if only for my own comfort. I'm notoriously bad at following through with projects, though, so who knows. XD Just figured I'd update a bit to dislodge that old journal entry.
